I created Belle's village outfit from Beauty and the Beast for a client. It consisted of the following:
* Shift/Chemise
* Bloomers
* Pockets (worn outside)
* Petticoat with partial lining
* Fichu
* Stays
All the materials were purchased from JoAnn fabric store except the fabric used to make the bloomers. Ties were purchased at Michaels. Click here to see the process.
